For years I heard about the Spanish Festival on Johnston Street, and for years I wanted to go but never managed to. This year I decided to check it out, and I enjoyed it very much. It started on Saturday and ended on Sunday. It was a two days celebration of music, dance and lots of food. Given that I haven't been taking photos on the street, it will be an excellent opportunity to get back into street photography again. There were many elements of this festival. The heat. The food.
The families. The story of lost and found. and the joy of it ... especially the finder ... The stories continue in Part 2 of Spanish Festival
